What Do I Wear? Please come to worship wearing whatever makes you and your family comfortable. Some families choose to wear dress clothes, and just as many dress casually for Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening services.
What Kind of Music Can I Expect? We use all styles of music to worship Jesus at Alpha. We sing and play traditional hymns, praise and worship choruses, Southern Gospel, and contemporary music in our worship services. Scott Foshie, our Minister of Worship, along with our Celebration Choir and Orchestra, lead us in worship on Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings.
What is the Preaching Like? Pastor Terry Kirby provides Bible teaching from God's Word in all of our worship services. You can listen to some of Pastor Terry's messages in our sermon archive by clicking here.
What is the Best Way to Get to Know People? Sunday School is the heart of our growth at Alpha Baptist Church. We have many different classes for all ages. Sunday School is where you can make new friendships, as well as grow closer to Jesus through Bible study. Sunday School meets at 9 AM every Sunday morning. Do You Provide Childcare? We love to minister to your whole family! Loving childcare is provided in the nursery, located close to the sanctuary.
